Webp format file upload shows "animated webp is not supported", but what I upload is not an animation type image, it is static, and similar to JPG, Gd and imagemagic can not be uploaded. Why

Does your WebP has a transparency?

I have same issue with transparent WebP and opened a bug report here.

Transparent WebP images marked as animated and can't upload

One of my users reported this problem to me. He tried to upload a transparent WebP image and it got blocked saying it is animated. He was able to upload the same image after removing transparency. I tested this on 3.17.1 (GD Library) and demo site (ImageMagick?) and got same results. Same...

It will be priceless to learn more about this but the information provided is very lacking. I'm sorry but please elaborate a little bit more? Could you at least provide the conflicting file?

Did it worked then? FYI guest uploads in the demo gets removed after 15 minutes. In any case I assume that it worked, I tested on my own a little patch that I did so it won't be an issue in a future revision.

Demo site uploaded successfully, no problem. I've tried other users' sites, and I don't know if it's because of the version problem that they didn't upload successfully
