Dear user,

With the information provided I can only compare with the demo, which works as expected. I suggest you to double check the contents of the system files and to provide a video/link/url or anything where I can check on my own.

Please note that you have to respect the Bug reporting template, lack of information and details will always cause delayed and vague responses. I know that you are expecting another reply from me, but with the info provided I can't do that much.
