1. Use German language
2. Go to Dashboard -> Settings
3. Check out the settings menu (click on it)
4. go to External data storage (Externe Datenspeicherung)
5. Now look at the menu again, it has moved.

The problem is that the UI was made for English, and in that language words aren't that long as in the German language.

I guess that you just have to get used.
