Hi,
although I have made settings 20mg max, and image 2 mg and over gets this message.

Error report
  • P1000078.JPG - Server error (Internal server error)
Am on apache server, snaphoard.com

That log will be really helpful. Try to ask your hosting company to enable it.

Hi,
per the hosting company it is on and I have tested by creating an error - reported fine.

I am happy to give you access to my site/server if useful.

Most likely the issue is that the requests over 2MB take too long so the network connection is closed.

Hi, these are my settings - 300 seconds should be enough I would have thought.

BTW the upload always stops at 97,98, or 99% no matter how big the file is - if executing time was the problem would you not expect stopping at different percentages according to size of file?

Quite happy to give you access to site if useful.

Most likely network issues. When you want to upload something the system has a limited time to complete this process. Bad network (internet speed, server network, etc) highly affects this.
