3.0 upgrade : Can't create admin account "chv_settings' doesn't exist"

Hello!
I'm having this error after upgrade:
  • PDOException: SQLSTATE[42S22]: Column not found: 1054 Unknown column 'storage_type' in 'field list'

What am i doing wrong?
The database that I am connecting, belongs to a chevereto in version 2.2.4.

Guys, when upgrading you need to DELETE, yes remove, erase, etc. all the V2 files.

V3 admin is not even /admin is /dashboard.
