2 things that we cant figure out, banners and reporting

We cant seem to find or enable the following two things.

1. We cant seem to get the report function to work. When logged in as admin we see where we can flag it as not safe but when logged in as or a user or as a guest it does not give us the function to flag a picture or report it, that seems a little weird, we rely on the users to let us know when pics are inappropriate, as an admin I will simply delete the picture, not flag it.

2. Banners, when we put txt/code in the boxes in the dashboard and save, it doesn't show on the front end. We have tried in every box and nothing.

How do we go about fixing these things or enabling them.
 
1. Flag is not report content. Flag is for flag content as not safe, is not the same thing as report content. Currently the system hasn't a built in report system.

2. Did you tried only with js code or you also tried plain txt code?.
 
Some hosters blocks the form field with html/js content for security reasons. In those cases you need to manually add the banner code in the database which is in the settings page. Is usual in hosters like godaddy.
