Just out of the usual curiosity is it possible to implement a google authentication system as optional ? iOS and droid user got the free app anyway that they can use for this feature to protection.

How about an easier option that sends a PIN to the user's email? or a Security question and answer.

Sending the pin would require an external PAID service....google auth is free for all and more secure

System already uses Google Auth. The topic request is to enable 2 factor auth.
