if I export the base and if I reimport it I have this problem I have I have problem:
#1451 - Unable to delete a parent record: an external constraint prevents it

What do you advise me to do to re-import a saved database?

Just to confirm, you're trying to import your SQL DB from one system to another, correct?

Yes and no... I exported the database and I put it back as is in import... Impossible... I have this error. This is for my tests and to tell me that the backup works.
