Update warning

💡Describe your Feature request
Add a warning to the update window to remind users to make sure they have a backup before applying an update, some users are not as "tech savvy" as others and will overlook this important step.

👏Where did you see this?
Nowhere apart from all the forum posts saying "my site is down what do I do?"

🔥Interest outside our community
Less downtime for all chev sites.

Thanks, I really like this idea. I implemented my own version with a checkbox, that way it requires confirmation.
