1.91 debug mode getimagesize error and remote fatal error

well!

first remote on 1.9 is all ok

but 1.91 when i try remote image it run "fatal error, check your data"

i open debug mode

i check 215 line

and 153 line

i modify 153 line to

though not getimagesize error
but same

remote "fatal error, check your data"

anyone can help me!? 🙁

"URL file access is disabled in the server configuration" That means that getimagesize function can't check an URL.

when i change php.ini

allow_url_fopen = on

allow_url_include = on

The problem is resolved
