使用外部存储的情况下，流量需要经过站点再返回给用户吗？

With external storage, does the traffic need to go through the site and back to the user?

When using External Storage what happens is that uploads go through Chevereto for processing (once) and from there the resource is stored externally. When a visitor browse the website it access directly to the external uploaded resources.
