I keep my upload limit at 64MB (plenty for photos).
I use HandBrake to reduce video sizes to below 64MB
Uploading an mp4 - only 10MB size looks like it works (0 to 100% quickly), then I get the message "No File have been uploaded. Some errors have occurred and the system couldn't process your request.

I tried to do this in Chrome and Explorer with identical responses.
After turning on Debug I got this response
FFProbe Error: Unable to load FFProbe: Executable not found, proposed : ffprobe (600)

This has been fixed in v4.1.2, you need to use ENV to configure the paths for FFmpeg related binaries.
I was not able to figure this out and fix it myself.
