Using 2.0.15 and I'm getting a HTTP error

The HTTP error only occurs on some images and it's quite a random issue. Does anybody know the possible cause and fix for this? I've had debugging turned on and i haven't seen any PHP errors. The HTTP error appears when you try uploading an image.
 
I feel pretty stupid now. My error was due to mod_fcgid complaining about the MaxRequestLen. I've raised this on my Apache config and it's all fixed.
