Upload from Homepage

I am noticing that when I click the "UPLOAD" botton on the homepage, it takes me to another page... why not just upload from the homepage. Is there a setting I am missing? Is there a fix to this? Please advise -- website is http://www.imgbot.com

1. Change the Interface Mode

  1. Log in to your Chevereto site as an Administrator.
  2. Go to the Dashboard (usually at yourdomain.com/dashboard).

  3. Navigate to Settings > Image upload (or File upload in newer versions).
  4. Find the option labeled Upload user interface.
  5. Change it from "/upload" route to "On-page container".

    • "/upload" route: Redirects the user to a separate page to perform the upload.
    • "On-page container": Opens the uploader as an overlay/module right on the homepage, allowing users to upload without leaving or reloading the page.

2. Disable Redirection After Upload (Optional)

If you want users to stay on the page even after the upload is finished (instead of being sent to the viewer page of the image they just uploaded):

  1. In the same Image upload settings menu, look for Redirect on single upload.
  2. Set this to Disabled.
  3. Now, after an upload, the user will see the "Success" screen and embed codes in the same pop-up window rather than being redirected.
