Upgrade to 3.10.18 failed

Description of the issue
Hello,

I did upgrade to 3.10.18 from dashboard but it failed.

Going to dashboard, i saw this "Chevereto version: 3.10.18 (3.10.16 DB) install update – check for updates"

When click button "Install update", then i got below message.

Fatal error: app/install is outdated. You need to re-upload app/install folder with the one from Chevereto 3.10.18

Please let me know what i should do.
