Upgrade problem to 3.2.6 to 3.3.0

I have downloaded the update 3.3.0 and I have uploaded all files to my FTP server and after uploading all files I go to mysite.com/install.php and I see this error :

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '[' in /home/ahmewali/public_html/app/loader.php on line 117

I don't know why but I need your help faster thank you very much !
 
For Arvixe user if you have this problem login into your CPanel and go to Software/Services and click on ntPHPSelector and change your PHP version to 5.5 if you have already do it for a previous installation change it again.
