Update failed (3.7.0 -> 3.7.1)

I updated from 3.7.0 to 3.7.1 using the auto-updater in dashboard. And I got '400 Bad Request'

How can I complete the update manully? I have upload and override all files, but I'm not sure if I need to update DB.
