Can someone please detail in (non technical programming software developer terms), what I would have to do each time to up-date the script from the previous version.

I have searched, and if it's here on line I can't find it.

That's great ChainKiller, thank you.

It's really as simple as using a ftp client like CuteFTP to drag and drop the update folder onto public_html which will overwrite existing folders and files. That seems very reasonable.
