This may be a controversial proposal, but I'll make it.

I think it would be interesting to add an additional page where you can watch Pictures or Videos (customizable) like in TikTok. A simple swipe down or up. With additional buttons for comments (optional), likes, etc.

TikTok. This is a fairly popular way to view content that many popular sites have integrated.

I'm open to the idea, but this sounds like more of a custom feature than a global one; in other words, I don't entirely believe that a lot of websites would last very long (talking about years in the future) with this particular thing being their most popular thing.

I think it's just an additional option to display content, like how Explore does. There's tons of content that can only be found with the random button. Many users don't use descriptions, titles, etc. So why not. Especially many sites have already introduced such a feed in their sites.
