Thumbnail size

I have change thumbnail size to 180x180. It is ok with size but it is square thumb and it cut of some form photo in thumb.

But i want aspect radio thumb size. How can I change from square to aspect radio? Or Use both?

You can not. This feature is not available for many reasons ( you can search the forum for them)
