Hello, a suggestion here.

I was thinking if it is was possible doing a redirect for Phone users. Like a config similar to this:

Theme normal -> Peafowl
Theme phone -> Peafowlphone

So you will have two different foler theme for PC and Phone users. I don't know if u implemented something similar to this on v3.
 
Possible: yes.

But in v3 you don't need it.
The customtheme of v3 is responsive, so the theme adapt itself to the width of your device.
