Someone can method how to make more database one website?

Hello!

I trying old time before image sharing in shared host. But the many post / images the website slower and 508 problem. I think the problem the too much post. The visitors no much. So possible solution make more database for one website?

Example 1-5.000 post or image use mysql database 1.
5.000 -10.0000 use db 2.
