Show the auto delete option before image selection

Currently, there's no way for a visitor to know if the auto-delete option is enabled. Details about this feature don't appear until an image is selected to upload.

I think it would be more user-friendly if the auto-delete options could be displayed before selecting an image. Or, alternatively, perhaps a checkbox that says "enable auto-delete option," and once selected, the time delimiter would appear.
