I don't see why not.

Although when I visited your site I was shown an error then refreshed right away it was working fine.

As long as you already have an account that is approved for adsense you should be good to go.

For an image site with virtually no text content, I can see you struggling to get approved if you're starting a new account.

YouTube AdSense is different with AdSense for Websites.

You will need to apply an upgrade to be able to put AdSense Ads on Websites.
