Sendgrid issues

My site is using SendGrid for while, till now when i got a email says there is a error. it now says this error

"SMTP Error: data not accepted."

I checked SG dashboard it says email not ingerated, wth?

I've added the MX records and all that already.

I'm lost, thoughts?

Is the port open?

A lot of hosts these days block email ports on the network level. Both in and out - contact your host and ask if it's open.

I dont use my cloud smtp. I use sendgrids smtp. or do i have to enable on my cloud??

They still block the port.... have you asked them yet?

they said sendgrid is having issues so i opened a ticket and the host is working with them. keep in mind im using digitalocean as a test machine. i'll be relocating to a new solo dedicated server starting in November so i can do whatever i want.

Problem solved. Case closed. It was SendGrid issues.
