Sorry for my bad english, but i try to make my post.

I schear a dev for make a comment section other to discus or facebook ( externalt )

A simple comment option for use or guest

I can pay with paypal

I don't understand. You can already add facebook comment on chevereto websites from the backend.
Do you need help to set it up?
 
I want implatend a intern comment not a external service

Cause i have a adult hosting and my member dont want any link to other service
 
Sorry, you'll have to wait for official release of chevereto which offers internal comments. Otherwise, you can hire someone to do it for you.
It is already on the roadmap, but expected release date is not scheduled..
