Resend Email Confirmation

Hi There,

As of now, only users can request to resend email confirmation through the login page. There are situations when the admin can initiate those from their end.

So it will be better if there is an option in the admin panel, to send email confirmation to users and so they can activate it.

It will be helpful in case

1) if email credit ran out when users is signing up
2) if email services are broken during signing upp

So admin will do single or bulk resend email confirmation via admin panel.
