Describe your feature request
Adding a Related Images Feed (also could be called You May Also Like or Explore More, etc). A feature that automatically displays a set of relevant images or albums at the bottom of an image or album page within Chevereto.
This would function similarly to how major social and media platforms surface related content to encourage exploration and discovery. The feed could utilize relevance signals like matching tags, category, or engagement metrics (views or likes), to determine what to display.
It could strengthen Chevereto's position as a social image community platform. Keep users engaged and browsing longer, directly improving session duration and reducing bounce rate. Encourages organic internal linking, which helps with SEO and enables search engines to better understand the site's structure. Increases discoverability of older or lesser-known images that might otherwise remain unseen.
Where did you see this?
This concept is common on modern visual and social platforms, where related content suggestions drive community growth and session time. It's also a standard feature in many CMS platforms.
Community interest
This would benefit anyone running Chevereto as a community-based or editorial photo site. Related content feeds consistently increase time-on-site and engagement across nearly all visual platforms. SEO tools and analytics identify internal relevance linking as one of the key ranking factors.
I believe many Chevereto users running community or themed galleries would find this useful to make their websites feel more alive and interconnected.
