Example setting:
-who first week will bring together 1000 views the image, he will receive a cash prize.

The ability to install any number of views for the win. The duration of the day / week / month.

A simple way to implement this would be to show total views for a user's image on his profile. Just like total images he uploaded. Based on that you can give the prize.
 
Unfortunately, I could guarantee I would win every single time using something as simple as HitLeap.

It's the same reason why YouTube views don't increase unless you watch x amount of the video.
