With album privacy set as "public" but content inside the album is marked NSFW is content meant to be shown for guests on explore (recent albums*) even though it's public but blurred/nsfw? As when you go into the album its 'there's nothing to show here.'
edit: checking other sites it seems it's meant to do this. I thought it'd respect show not safe content in listings (including recent>albums) unless admin or user has overridden (to see nsfw). This is allowing guests to see nsfw content on recent/recent albums (even though it is blued) so I've disabled explore for guests before googles new policy blocks my analytics account
