Problem with upload high ressolution images

Hi, I have some problems with upload high ress photos. For example if I try upload image with ressolution 2138 x 3288 - size is 3,59 MB, working good. But if I want upload image which ress is 5472 x 3648 - size is 1,90MB, there is problem, chevereto wrote me Server internal error. I am using chev 3.2.0. Thanks for help.
