Pin images in public mode

An option to stick images to the topper left, like an announcement or advertising.

Nowhere, just felt like it's cool to have some sort of announcement and the best option in my opinion was one (or multible) sticky (and highlighted) post.

I myself do not really need this function. But if it should be introduced then it would be practical if the image what one sticky set also in the transparency can be adjusted. Maybe also with the option to click this away or not.
