Picture Search with wildcard

Hello,

is it possible to implement a search with wildcard? I was looking for a picture and I couldn't find it. The reason was that the filename was not separated but written together, such as "thisisapicturefromtreveres. jpg" instead of "this is a picture from treveres. jpg".
