Payment Integration to remove ads for users

Hi everyone,

I'm wondering if anyone has developed or if anyone can develop a payment system to allow users to pay a specific fee in order to see the website 'ad' free. This fee should be customizable to be monthly, bi-annually or even annually. We'd prefer using Stripe as a payment gateway. We would also like it if we can incorporate other features like allowing users who pay to upload larger images, images that don't get reduced in size, and a few other features we may think of as we begin this process.
