Pages don't work (Ububtu)

Hello,

i got a new server with ubuntu 11.04 , the old one had centOS 5...
I moved all files to the new server, but now the pages don't work.... I changed nothing.

Apache/2.2.17 (Ubuntu) Server at www.ur-upload.de Port 80
Hope someone can help me.
