New site install problem (Probably htaccess)

Apache server - php version 5.6

Hi, I'm new customer so not familiar with the workings yet.

I have uploaded the required files from the unzipped cheverto folder to the root directory of my site at
fs-snaps.com.

When entering the site address to install the software, the following address appears:
http://fs-snaps.com,fs-snaps.com/install and I get an error back ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED.

I haven't made any amendments to the supplied htaccess file but the problem seems to lie there, it seems to be redirecting to http://fs-snaps.com,fs-snaps.com/install.

I am not a complete novice but not a guru either and can't fathom what is going on, please help.
