This is kind of related to this thread but is not the same.
I purpose Chevereto implement a member reward system that can also tie into WHMCS and other popular billing platforms (though, it shouldn't be a requirement to use the features).
We could maybe throw in more goodies (such as access to different file extensions). We could maybe throw in requirements for x images uploaded per member group as well.
Example below:
Guests - 1MB upload limitation - 1 month expiration limit - moderated uploads - 50 images per IP per month
Users - 3MB upload limitation - 3 month expiration limit - moderated uploads - 150 images per IP per month
User+ (Member for longer then three months) - 7MB upload limitation - 1 year expiration date - no moderation - no image limitation
User++ (Member for a year or longer) - 15MB upload limitation - no expiration date - no moderation - no image limitation
