Lost My Banners

After updating the root password and API to get FileZilla working (which worked), my banners are gone.
I had a responsive image (png) as the top banner and it was working fine.
Now even plain html text does not show.

Any ideas?
 
Okay... when the banners showed on my phone (ios - safari) I got suspicious.
Back to the PC...
I had to clear browsing data AND cookies for the past seven days.
That fixed it on both Chrome and Edge. The banners returned.
No clue why they left. But the problem is solved.
