I have been away for a little while and have to reinstall this software which i paid for so thought i would make some use of it but i have been trying to install this now for 2 weeks and still cant find the problem, have contacted my server company and there is no issues with the server causing this this is the latest error message i get from the logs any suggestions would be greatly appreciated thanks in advance for any help.

I am running a dedicated server with Mariadb
