IBM COS (S3 compatible) storage error

Hey Rodolfo,

I'm trying to migrate to IBM as they are providing me with free hosting. This should work, but something in chevereto is appending "s3." and ".amazonaws.com" to the correctly formed url in the middle.

I know it is in class.storage.php but I can't find where this is happening after searching pretty hard for a number of hours.

Perhaps it is in one of the S3 client files. I did check there too but I couldn't find anything yet.
