How to place ads advertisements? Under the logo

I found an area in the admin panel where I can place advertisements

/dashboard/settings/banners

but there is no where to place advertisements under the logo. I want to place one banner in the header and footer that way it's always available on the whole site everywhere.

Where is the location of the theme templates in the file manager so i can edit them?

/app/themes/Peafowl/
