How to make NSFW accessible for logged in users only

Hi

I would like to know a code or customization that would let me make so if some 1 tries to visit a NSFW content then it will required them to login?

I used to find a way for v3 but it seems v4 has different template structure which has changed how i used to do it for v3.

So i hope some 1 here can make a short tutorial step by step with editing what file with what code and such.
