How to design a school brochure?

Ok. I want to create a brochure for people to see. Like you can send flyers, mail, folders, and etc about the academics, programs, and about the school. If you see private schools, they send you a brochure to tell them what they have. And I want to design one for my elementary school. Can anyone tell me where can I design my own template, or at least tell me how to create a school template with pictures and etc
