How to add an URL at the top navigation bar?

Description of the issue
Hi!

I have 2 sites (A) and (B) running separately. However, I wish to interlink them. Put a link for site (A) on site (B)s navigation bar and vice-versa.

Can you please tell me, how I can add that?
