How do I search images when Search is disabled?

I need a little help. I have disable Search, Explore and Random on my website, but I need to search for some spam images on a regular basis based on the keywords that I have identified.

I looked for it in the dashbaord, but there's no option to search images as an admin on the page /dashboard/images

Am I missing something? or, it doesn't exist?
 
No - there is no seperate search. The regular search changes to more options, if u logged in as admin.

But u can still search as an admin: /search/images/?q=XXXX
