So here is an open discussion.

How do you moderate thousands of images every day? I have seen and spoken about a few solutions. Now is your turn to tell me how you do it.

If you moderate a 100 pictures yourself that's great. I'm only interested to know how those who have thousands of visitors a day moderate the images that are uploaded.
