Hi,

guys, if you have v3 running and want to upgrade from v4.0.6 i can say that is not possible. The bug is described here:

Problem: The function Chevere\Message\Message::withStrtr() was removed and its now not possible to run the upgrade command! This is a critical bug and its not cool ...

Solution: Download v4.0.5 and make the upgrade vom v3 to v4.0.5. Then you can download v4.0.6 and overwirte all.
