Is v3 having a premium user group feature (subscription)?

Many file hosts have quota indicators so you can see how much you have used and how much you have left.

Is v3 going to have a bandwidth limits? disk space limits? max images stored limit? If so, we should have indicators for this so the user can see how much they have left.
