Let mods choose which images/category to be listed at the home page.

Some issues with people uploading junk and it gets on the front page. For startups it might take a while before quality images is shown.

I saw you accepted mods only categories, and it would be neat if mods also could "pin" the locked categories to show on the front page for more attractive photos for the viewers.
