Feature request: New users registering need invitation

After having a certain number of original users, setting up new users requires the old user's invitation to register. If the invited user uploads illegal resources, it is easy to find the person who invited him to deal with.

The number of invitations owned by each person is gradually reduced, so that the total number of users can be controlled too.

I would honestly love a referral only system. It’d help me solidify my community and control growth in a more manageable way.
